The deceleration of Independence, I'm pretty sure states that the citizens of the United States of America has rule over the government in numbers, I'm pretty sure that 15.000 is more people than there are official representatives of government of the United States. With that said, when this reaches the minimum number of required signatures --- We want every lie and every secret ever held by the United States Government since it's creation in the 1700's -- The cool thing is, if you don't answer you violate our unnamed rights stated in the declaration and if you answer saying "There are no lies or secrets", then you are lying and violating our unnamed right to know the truth!
