We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

We the People of the United States request for the Electoral College to be abolished

Created by V.K. on November 09, 2016

We the People believe that the United States presidency election should not be determined by electoral college. It is the year 2016, and we have no purpose for it. It is unfair and easily rigged, as done in the election of 2000 and this year. The electoral college was used in the 1800s to make it easier for farmers to vote, but in modern day, most of us are not farmers and we prefer to use popular vote as the determination in whom should be our president. Just as in any other election, we believe that the winner is to be determined by the people's majority vote, nor by an outdated, rigged, and horrible electoral college.
