"WE THE PEOPLE" of the United States wish to address the recent happenings of the IRS. WE feel the IRS has become too big and powerful and is no longer controlled by the people as it was meant to be. The PEOPLE fear the IRS and The government is suppose to work FOR the PEOPLE, not against us. Therefore, WE move to abolish the offices and need for the IRS. WE move to adjust the need for an Internal Revenue Service by abolishing the current TAX CODE and replacing it with a simple FLAT TAX that is the same FOR EVERYONE, Married, Single, Rich or Poor .. All Americans pay the same percent on the money they make. WHAT could be more fair. And it would do away with the ability cheat on or any need to CLAIM any deductions. I purpose a flat 10% Federal and 3% State tax (negotiable).
