We the People of the United States of America. Demand a review & investigation on state policy's and procedures within our country when a killing by our law enforcement agencies occur. To many times have our law enforcement agencies use an excuse of of policy's they have to defend over lethal force using live rounds of bullet's that lead to death in most cases. Our law enforcement have non lethal tactics that they are trained to use. In some cases that have not even been thought of using before live ammo has been used to kill at our police officers hands. We demand that the this issue be looked at to further force law enforcement agency's to restrain from executing people who have the right to a trail before a on the spot execution. We are tired as Americans of being afraid of Police.
