We the People want the administration to encourage the design and construction of Methane digesters.

Created by J.N. on April 21, 2016

In Iowa animal confinement facilities struggle to find places to dump the generated animal waste. Local governments struggle to open and maintain waste disposal facilities for community organic waste. A regional methane digester serving community organic waste needs, as well as, agricultural waste needs, in each quarter of the state. Methane gas burned to generate electricity does pollute. Federal rules and regulations need to be modified to make such facilities attractive to investors. Get the tools used for the Tennese Valley Authority out and get the Fed working smarter rather than harder.
