We the people want to ban the use of any tobacco products, cigarettes, pipe tobacco, and electronic cigarettes around children under the age of 18 in motor vehicles. The danger to children in direct (and indirect) contact with tobacco is real and the evidence is mounting and it's time we change how we allow people act around children. The minimum fine I purpose to be used is $50 dollars, anything further in this law is up to law makers.
