We the people of the united states, in order to form a more perfect nation, organize the facts, insure domestic fluency, provide for the sluggish education, promote the general technology, and secure the blessings of the internet to ourselves and our decedents, want an authority over the overgrown broadband's and their slow services once and for all.
So, basically all we want is a control over the hunger of Comcast, at&t, and other broadband companies. And by controlling them, there could be some support to hurry Google fiber into every state; or put a minimum requirement for upload and download speeds, not less than 30 mps download and 20 mps upload, with the lowest prices.
Another good option would be to make the internet free.
