We the People want a budget put on the spending alloud by the President of the United States for each term

We believe that the Presidentand or any member of the government should not be able to spend money without some limits.
We believe that the President and or any member of the government should be held accountable for the spending that he or they do during their term of office.
We believe that if they miss use their office term they should not be able to run for a second term.
We also believe that they should be able to be impeached if it is a term with more than normal amounts of money spent on things that atleast 2/3 of the United States agrees apon. There should be a voting out of office of the people of the United States of America as well as a voting in office if the need arises.
