We the people want to sue John Boehner for obstructing the course of government by not doing the job he was elected to.

John Boehner wants to sue the President for his use of executive orders. The President is forced to use executive orders to meet the needs of the country because Congress, especially the House of Representatives refuses to do the job they were elected to and are being paid to do.
The Republican 'leadership' in the House and the Senate have vowed to deny the President any progress on domestic and foreign policy. Since they refuse to do their duty, then John Boehner should be sued and removed from office. It is time to take the country back.
