We The People want a Humanity Law put in place. We The People want Cruelty Worldwide to stop. We have been witness to acts of cruelty on every form of living beings and the cruelty is living beside us now. Our family's, Our Children and animals are no longer safe. Our Government is profiting off these acts of cruelty and in turn telling others they may act out in heinous ways with no more than a fine or a probationary period. Making others suffer in any manner is outdated and needs to stop and better ways and education need to be put in place, and if refused laws need to be unforced that let's everyone know cruelty will not be tolerated. There are even better ways for Law enforcement to improve for they are some of the offenders as well.
