On We the people website, require proof of age and legal citizenship as to not allow for frivolous use of government time and resources. Too many petitions are being created that have absolutely nothing to do with anything of pertinence. Some of which are obviously created by juveniles and those who should not have the right to use United States Government resources. This makes our government seems like a joke and not to be taken seriously.
