We, the people of the world, ask USA to initiate a new UNSC based on population, culture and land as per the times.

UNSC permanent seats exists on military power of the nations. They have the veto. Veto power should be given to the top 5 populous counties in the world which are not permanent UNSC members.
Worlds strength should lie in the humanity, culture, diversity, rase, mutual trust, coexistence and etc.. In the interest of the world, it is better to constitute permanent members of the UNSC with Veto power and special soft powers as per the new age.
