The Good Guy Gun Act is to prevent any further violation of the 2nd Amendment to the people of the right to bare arms. It also prevent any person whom is suspected with wrongful intent to commit a crime from purchasing, selling, possessing, manufacturing, making, or assembling of firearms or firearms parts.
1. NO GUN DATA SYSTEM (NGDS): The No Gun Data System should be created by a computer base that is linked to a network system of the United States Government.
a. Any person that has committed a crime that prevent them from possessing a firearms, documented members and affiliations of gangs and hate groups, dishonorable discharged from the armed force, documented in the No Fly system and any person that is documented by a psychiatrist with a mental disorder will be inputted into the NGDS
