My petition addresses all people across the board. I am a grandson 5x of an American Pioneer name James Bowie b.1739 in South Carolina. He was in the Militia Army of Georgia in 1782. I am a Mulatto and want to exercise my Bill of Rights. I am not being enumerated in the Constitution of certain rights. I file this petition on my behalf and to other mulattos who want to be enumerated set by law as ours individual rights. I have something to say and I want to be heard. My grandfather fought for liberties for Americans Independent from corrupt governments. I am saying this in respect to the United States of America. This is not what James Bowie sign up for? I file this petition for my Ninth Amendment right and I will not be deny or disparage any longer? I am a Mulatto and want to be counted?
