we petition a counsel in place of the current United States government where representative are not payed with our taxes

We the people of the United States of America petition a reforming of our government into counsels in place of all current government offices without pay (with the exception of our defense department which will be under the jurisdiction of all counsels according to state) elected by the people thereby making the office of president and all other current offices beneath null and void and placing the decision of the United States of America's interests and well-being in the hands of the people again and NOT the politicians
