Make it legal for states to allow it's occupants to Possess Short Barreled Rifles. For them not to be regulated or illegalized in many states but allow those who can legally own a handgun to attach a shoulder stock to it without fear of arrest. This would allow people to be more accurate and recreation shooting (more for women) to be more enjoyable and safer! Im not saying something stupid like legalize full auto but this issue has been a burden on law abiding American citizens since it's first appearance! the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed and this is something that is a large infringement.
