We demand that more funds go into education for academics and elective class. Education is the key to success for the future of the students, economy, and the United States. Without education our world would not be where it is today. As of today elective like art and drama classes are being cut due to budget cuts. School aren't getting enough money for activities so they must ask for donations. In community colleges there has been a 17% drop in enrollment since 2008 and many students are not getting loans because of budget cuts. Colleges were drained of $809 million, 12 percent of its funding according to SF Gates.
