In response to current threats from the Federal Government on banning any firearms, accessories, and ammunition we are requesting action to be taken to hold the Federal Government to it's constitutional limits under the 2nd amendment.
By signing this petition, we are politely requesting our State Representatives to make more than a statement and draw a line in the sand. Please, introduce similar legislation as Wyoming's Firearms Protection Act-HBO0104 to protect the citizens of North Carolina from the intimidation of Federal Laws.
By signing this petition, we demand our second amendment because we understand it is our protection for all our other rights. Without it, our other rights will have no protection.
