Edward Snowden, Bradley Manning is innocent in his American way of thinking and doing things, according to his good heart and good conscious. Person has to go with what his feeling are, what his believes are, and not by what is being dictated by anyone. Edward Snowden and Bradley Manning are innocent, true, based on thought, words, deeds, actions therefore cannot be persecuted. According to an American Constitution listening to others people conversation is against the law without Court Order. How can the United States Government have Court Order against millions of Americans?
