1. Serial number all ammo to see who it was sold to. If your ammo is stolen, you better have tremendous proof that you didn't have sloppy storage procedures or you will be (%) wise responsible for damages caused by your ammo.
2. Add up all costs associated with guns (court, incarceration, hosp, bills, robberies, etc) and charge the owners of the 280 million guns in the US this total. (on a yearly basis)
3. If you are on depression meds., your household must give up your guns until you are off these meds. (Doc. letter.)
4. Assign a group of head issues, including PTSD and others, that require 5 year -no guns in household - and a re-evaluation.
