The Congress is elected to serve the People. This Congress is in contempt of the American People by virtue that it serves its political ideology instead. When the polls clearly show the American People overwhelmingly support a particular issue and the Congress repeatedly votes against that issue, that is in effect Contempt for the American People. We the People petition the President to bring charges against the Congress through the Department of Justice and initiate a trial with the People serving as jurors. Punishment for the charge of Contempt against the American People to be determined by the Department of Justice.
