The USA must start to exist within its means. The present financial state of the USA is the result of years of excess spending and mismanagement by both parties and many administrations, this simply must stop. Right now there is talk of government furloughs for DoD workers that will amount to a 20% pay cut, many families budgets cannot absorb that kind of reduction. Dont get me wrong if I need to tighten my belt to help out then that is part of my duty as an American,however my pay is not the problem! Remember these words "ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country". What I ask is that the public servants of the U.S. Government start doing their jobs for the people of the United States and bring us back from the brink of financial ruin.
