End our state’s failed and costly experiment with marijuana prohibition and replace it with a controlled regulated system. Prohibition generates violence. Locks up citizens for non-violent crimes. Over populates prisons and ruins life of young people everywhere. the taxes generated from such a bill could help our country tremendously. Much needed taxes and revenue saved from law enforcement duties do to this drug can go towards education of our children help construct and fix roads and help states who are in deficit come up with funds to do what they wish. Colorado and Washington State have already taken marijuana off the criminal market and has overwhelming positive results. 0 deaths have accrued using this drug. Medicinal benefits are overwhelmingly positive in treating multiple diseases
