There is a lack of diversity in the American workplace. Minorities dominate low-paying jobs and aren’t employed in enough high-paying jobs. To work toward the ideal workplace, we must enforce the equal opportunity policy so we can end discrimination against minorities. People can have their own opinions, but discrimination in a professional areas must end.
