Restart the "trillion dollar" debt and clear every Americans personal debt and start over with a currency that supports the the "WORLD DOLLAR" ( no matter where you travel to you will be able to spend money) this will cut out all the transfer of jobs to other countries if they come up with a global value of a dollar. Then since the currency has been reset we can sufficiently create more jobs on any and all parts of the world which would solve alot of world hunger problems. If they don't do this (which they will) it will happen anyway after they realize the currency system will crash.
