We petition the Obama administration to impose a law that directly declares it a illegal to impose stricter gun control.

We petition the Obama Administration put forth efforts to amend the Constitution with an amendment stating directly that it is a violation of human rights and the Constitution, which every member of government swore to uphold:
A) For any military personel, despite orders from any leader, to fire upon Americans of any form, be it civilian, rioting, or rebelling Americans.
B) In the event that there comes a time when a majority of Americans seek to exercise Our Right alter or abolish the government We created, all military forces and personel should be deactivated until Americans construct a more pleasing government, on the grounds that they cannot take orders from a government that is declared powerless.
