No government official should have the power to determine their own pay under any circumstances. Their pay rate should be 60,000.00 a year maximum. Retirement should not be available for someone who doesn't serve at the least 10 years in their position, excluding the president. No more lobbyists or super packs. One last condition should be taken into account. No one in congress should be allowed to own or operate any business while in office. Their job is for the people not their own personal gain.
