Recently the Obama administration allegedly stated that the Department of Justice was directed to prosecute more white collar criminals; VW should be the first. We call upon the Department of Justice to actively prosecute the VW North American Chief Executive for fraud and untold environmental damage. The leadership of VW have ADMITTED wrong doing, and the North American CEO has resigned with an estimated $67 million dollar severance package, which should be taken to repair the environment and strengthen current prosecutions of run-away white collar crime, including but not limited to air bags and failed ignition systems which have killed untold Americans. *People* made the decision to value profit over law, and they should be held at least as criminally responsible as a drunk driver.
