We, the people of Puerto Rico respectfully ask the administration of President Obama to put Puerto Rico under federal receivership since until now, all the governors who have led this country, had us in a very serious economic situation. All bonds of government institutions have been downgraded to junk because the country is so indebted that has no ability to pay. Puerto Rico's debt is hovering around $71,000,000,000 and the government insists in penalize the people and the working class with more and more taxes while continuing wasting money. Now the people are tired of this situation and for this reason we ask the administration of President Obama, before the situation becomes more difficult,to take action on the matter and bring Puerto Rico under federal receivership immediately.
