This petition is against all Americans receiving any form of government financial assistance. The participants in these programs should have to contribute by doing a required community service act for a certain amount of hours per week such as highway clean up. This can help to ensure that taxpayer money does not go to waste towards individuals who abuse systems. If they do not participate in the community service, their benefits should be suspended. This would aid in cleaning up our cities and states as well as the process of eliminating the "free money" some individuals get. It can also help to improve the economy by lowering the amount of taxes the common worker is required to pay.
