We Petition the Obama Administration to require each state's Welfare system to report missing children.

You may have read the article where the FBI rescued 168 children in the sex trafficking industry. Many of them were from the Welfare system. I learned only 2 states require the WElfare System to report missing children. These kids fall through the cracks and often end up with predators. No one is looking for them because no one knows they are missing. This is horrible. How can we be so callous as to lose children. Each State needs laws in place that require them to report missing children.
