Every year, broken and worn out electronics are being "donated" to impoverished countries. It's cheaper for the government to send broken electronics to impoverished countries as a "donation" rather than properly recycling them. Because the countries have nothing to use the electronics for, it would be much better to give the broken electronics to educational facilities (Ex, technology classes in schools), or even hobbyists who enjoy tinkering. Don't let these items go to waste.
