Place an on Duty Police or military officer at every school in our great nation for the purpose of protection and screening of individual(s) who may or may not be a threat of safety to staff, teacher, and pupils. The officer which is armed should dwell in a booth outside the school separate from school with communication with office personnel. He should be qualified for this position and have proper tools of screening... metal detector, ask proper identification, and purpose of entering etc... All perimeters and playgrounds must be secured better also. Start with the most vulnerable and go from that point onward. This may take time but our children are worth it.
