During a never ending recess raising the minumum wage is a terrible mistake in growing our economy because employers including small businesses have to do more with less people because the higher the wage the less people employees companies can afford to hire. The lower the minumum wage the more people businesses and corporates people can employ. Growing our economy at a 4 to 7 percent rate involves government getting out of the way by adding certanty for small businesses and big corporation to hire more people so more people are taken off individual welefare, put back to work, paying less taxes not higher taxes so enough revenue can come in to reduce, payoff the national debt, and balance the budget.
