We ask that the president introduce legislation to create an agency to review all classified material. We ask that the committee review the classified material, both for legal ramification and for need of classification. We ask that the head of the agency be nominated by a house committee and approved by the senate. We also ask that the agency have access to all classification levels by creating corresponding classification levels to ensure the security of classified materials. We ask that when a piece of classified material is viewed as unnecessary to be classified or questioned it is legality, that it be passed forward to an official who will review the concerns, and if he deems necessary, pass it to the office of the president. We ask for this legislation to restore the trust in gov.
