The reason for this petition is so that our President, Barack H. Obama, is to enlist Ted Nugent to go to England and share a bit of Americana culture. This would be purely volunteerism on the part of Ted Nugent, privately funded, and would require no Federal Tax money. And would be considered an foreign exchange of sorts for England gracing America with it's subject, Piers Morgan.
