WE PETITION THE RIGHTS OF WORKERS WHO USE MEDICAL CANNABIS IN LEGAL STATES

Created by P.L. on December 22, 2014

Once given a Medical Cannabis Recommendation from a Doctor, the patient should be exempt from any, and all "Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)" testing for any type of job. This will not exempt from testing for other drugs, including alcohol. If suspicion of cannabis ingestion or inhalation while working, or 6-8 hours prior to working, than that person will undergo a test, to detect if the THC is actually in the persons system, not just trace amounts left from the night prior. The Drug-Free Workplace Act, is a big part of the problem.
