The United States of America has an unfair policy that eliminates the importance of the voice of the people. The electoral college eliminates the importance of the individuals vote. If a person lives in a "red" state and votes for a democrat their voice does not count due to the majority of the state voting republican or the republican voting in a blue state. The American people are losing faith in their government and having a more important active voice, which would be granted by dissolving the electoral college, will restore faith in the American government.
By the people for the people, not by the government for the government. We have to change this policy to activate individuals into actively participating in their government.
