We petition the United States Government to vote on and pass H.R. 4678, the Child Support Distribution Act of 2000

Pass H.R. 4678 Additional provision should be:
Reviews conducted upon request by the noncustodial parents when financial situations change instead of the every three year mandate
Trigger amounts for passport denial should not be increased but eliminated
No enforcement measures for collecting child support debt for adult children
No partial garnishments for Veterans’ disability payments
Child Support payments, penalties & interest stopped when parent is incarcerated for any length of time
Terminating child support orders at the request of custodial parents
Eliminating incarceration as an enforcement tool for parents that fall behind
on child support payments
We must reform the current child support system because doing so is in the best interest of the children
