We petition the U.S Department of Education and the White House to help eliminate poverty!

Poverty eliminating program. Initiate a trust fund program thru the Federal government/ U.S board of education
for children living below the poverty line.
At the time a child in poverty enters their first year of school, 5 dollars each day per academic school year approximately 13 years goes into an interest growing mutual fund.
If they graduate high school or receive their G.E.D by age 21 and complete a financial training course they will be eligible to receive their trust fund. Upon completion of program they will receive approximately 18,000-20,000 dollars to start a career, receive higher education invest in a home etc... We currently have thousands of children in poverty in the U.S and many are homeless. This initiative is necessary to offset the systemic devastation of poverty.
