'State Sales Tax' is a hung injustice to all Americans who are in the lower and middle classes. We propose that a proportional tax be made based on every individuals' income. Those with lower incomes have a higher percentage of their income that has to be paid to sales tax than those who earn a higher income. Not only will it be fair for all contributors to society, but it can help create more resources for our terrible budget.
