This petition is for the Attorneys general's office to validate the use of force on a minor. As per the Missouri Sunshine law to release the video of the assault on the alleged suspect and to take all legal actions required against the Bowling Green police department. A Minor was arrested by the Bowling Green Missouri police department after being alleged in assisting in stealing a small item from Walmart. After being placed in handcuffs, the minor was being punched in face by the officer, then tazered three times. While the minor was down on ground, the officer continued to kick the minor in the head.I am requesting to open an investigation on the actions of the officers misconduct. Per the Missouri sunshine law to show footage of all video surveillance in store and dash cameras.
