- bases its claim on Universal Declaration of Human Rights
- asks all people around the world to pledge for defending the rights of North Korean citizens; many Nk citizens are still being tortured inhumanely in prisoners' camps
- demands NK government to stop the inhumane tortures that are violating the human rights
- requests Chinese government sincerely to prohibit any further compulsive repatriation attempts on NK refugees under Article of 13 and 14 of UDHR that China already signed
- lastly, encourages people to take more attention on NK human rights issue, through ways of; 1. research more on this issue 2. movements like fundraising, or increasing public awareness, 3. joining other NK human rights organization, 4. at least pray or think about them in leisure tiime
