We propose economic stimulus thru a percentage cap on taxable overtime wages and no tax on hours worked more than 10.

I have an idea to petition our government for a middle class square deal. In short it is a cap on overtime pay taxes. I herein would like to propose as a form of economic stimulus/ middle class appreciation and just plan square dealings with the citizens of this great land. A 10 percent maximum tax on any overtime worked in excess of 8 in one workday, 40 in one work week or 80 in one two week pay period. Overtime hours exceeding 10 in one week or 20 in one 2 week pay period shall be tax exempt. I propose the government let us keep more of the overtime that we earn. We do the work, are away from family and friends and taxes get too much of the money Not a handout. I say put the money back where you got it from,our paychecks. I believe in paying a fair share, I am asking for a fair shake.
