We request that British Citizen and CNN television host Piers Morgan not be deported from the United States.

Piers Morgan, a British Citizen, is entitled to protection under the Freedom of the Press condition of the First Amendment through his professional capacity as an employee of CNN, a United States domiciled news media corporation.

Mr. Morgan's remarks on the present Gun Control debate do not constitute or portend imminent lawless action. There are no grounds to deport him.
