We request Obama care to be placed on hold indefinitely until a national public emergency vote can be held.

We the people of the United States of America do hereby request that any and all provisions of the Obama care Act be placed on hold indefinitely until and emergency vote can be held. The administration as a whole is unable to find a peaceful solution that will lower not raise our taxes. As such we request representation before taxation. We ask a vote to be held for every registered US Citizen to decide the outcome of the Act. Further we request that all person not registered be allowed time to register prior to voting. As an emergency vote we request that the standard close time of one month prior be reduced to one week enabling all US citizen time to comply with registration guidelines.
