The College English Test has been executed for more than 30 years in Chinese Mainland, but what's a pity that it has nothing to do with improving the Chinese college student‘s English level and has a great negative influence on them. English has took up so many time that they ignore the Chinese learning.
Here, we present a petition to tell the Ministry of Education of P.R.China to cancel the College English Test immediately, because we have suffered so much from the so-called English Test.
