we should create a law that states that if a man or women who tries or kills someone should get death penalty or life.

I think that there should be a law that states any man or women who can intestinally hurt someone should get life/death penalty. Weather they kill them or just hurt them enough to cause mental and physical harm. I think this not only because I think it is fair but because they intestinally hurt a person and shouldn't be able to walk away like nothing ever happened, even if they didn't kill them but what if they tried. No person should take away someone else's life and be able to think that what they did was right. If you were to go back and look at the 8th amendment it states that in different cases the death penalty has to be looked at as either cruel or unusual punishment. I think in this case that the death penalty should be taken into consideration.
