We should have a law that punishes bullies when they are caught. Bully prevention should be taught in schools.

Bullying is a problem in the United States. It should be addressed and there should be consequences for the person being the bully. We must not let them get away with it. There should be a program or law that schools should educate kids on bullying prevention. The kids or even adults should know the consequences for bullying.
