We should have a say in spending bills. We should have a vote and be consulted. We should have an influence.

I think when congress puts together a giant 1.8 trillion dollar spending bill the american people should have an influence on that decision, our wishes should be consulted. We should have a percentage of influence on the additions, amendments, and suggestions.
